Since his debut in the 2007 movie Saawariya, Ranbir Kapoor, the son of Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor, has been a popular Bollywood heartthrob, admired for his charisma and exceptional acting skills. On Thursday, September 28, as the actor turned 41, his family members used Instagram to express their affection and admiration for him.On her Instagram story, Neetu Kapoor posted some glimpses of the midnight celebration which included a picture of a table adorned with red rose petals and two cheesecakes to celebrate his birthday. One cake had, "Happy Birthday Raha's Papa" written on it, while the other was accompanied by Ranbir and Alia's wedding picture.
Sharing the picture, Neetu wrote, "Birthday celebration with my most special." The other story featured a solo photo of Ranbir and she wrote, "Happy birthday, feel grateful for this special human being."
Meanwhile, Ranbir's older sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni took to Instagram stories and wrote, "Happy happiest birthday Rans! May this special day in your life be beautiful, full of love, laughter and happiness. I promise to bug you forever. #reallifetomandjerry #brothersisterlove." She shared unseen pictures along with a Tom and Jerry sticker.
The first picture showed the brother-sister pair seated on their grandfather and the late iconic actor Raj Kapoor's lap in a black-and-white photograph. Another image displayed them dressed in matching pink kurtas at a family gathering. In a separate photo, Ranbir was captured lifting Riddhima during his sangeet ceremony. The two siblings appeared joyful in the delightful picture.
In a recent post by Riddhima, a photo from Ranbir's wedding was shared where the actor appeared quite dashing while standing beside his mother Neetu, who looked at him affectionately. Riddhima was also present in the photo, standing next to them and holding onto a flower garland while smiling for the camera.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal along with Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. The film is slated to hit the cinemas on December 1.
