Both of her hands were cut off, she also lost one of her finger... The bangles and a lace on the back of her leg came off. They have pegs so it's easy to slide them back in, but I have no clue how it happened for the hands. Sure, she comes in one piece and there's barely anything to protect inside the box but come on, both hands? :'( That's sad cause otherwise, she's gorgeous. The dress is more purple than the prototype but I don't mind.
I love how they warn us to remove carefully the hair from their mess of bubble wrap and crumpled paper when you open the box, thanks, it's really helpful and totally protected the right parts. xD
She's gonna look great once fixed. Even though B'Full sucks at packaging, they really nailed her. I don't think I'll ever get another figure from B'Full though, not as long as they don't properly pack safely their figures.
